Below you will see what a dear friend of mine put together to help homeschool parents decide which Math and Science courses their children should take based on the level of difficulty their child can handle. Although you will see that some of the Math courses are Saxon courses, I've put in parentheses what course they are equivalent to if you use a different math curriculum. For example, Saxon's "Algebra 1/2" is a Pre-Algbra course. You can use these tracks as a guide to help you create a track that best suits your unique, individual child. Also, always remember to refer to the University System of Georgia's "Staying On Course" PDF for helpful information about selecting courses.
Track 1: Math (average), Science (average)

8th- Saxon Math 8/7 (8th/Pre-Algebra) and General Science
